Unexpectedly, Belgian's entry for the Eurovision song contest only finished 22nd. Xandee, who was number 1 in the charts for several weeks, gave a stunning performance. However, Europe did not seem ready for a Belgian dance entry in Eurovision.

The bad result of 1 Life seems incomprehensible given the low quality of the majority of this year's entries. Mediocre rip-offs, with 0 musical quality, often badly sung (by singers that looked like would-be prostitutes or worse) seemed to make up the bulk of the songs.

On the other hand, it is obvious that Xandee should concentrate on what she does best : sing great dance / pop songs and not spend another second thinking about this contest. We at dancevibes.be wish her all the best!
