A little while ago, Dutch DJ Michiel De Jong stated publicly that Tiesto had based his hit Elements Of Life on De Jong?s trancetrack Swiwal.

De Jong states that he made that song 4 years ago and send it as a demo to Tiesto's label, where it didn't get selected. Now De Jong is taking it further and has said that he will go to court to prove that he is right.
