So the new Milk Inc album comes out on September 1st?!

Postby mtolno88 » Mon Aug 28, 2006 4:37 pm

I haven't seen this post up on this site yet, but wow... I had no idea that there was a plan for this album to come out so soon! It's called 'Supersized' - to go with their concert on September 30th. The tracklist to the album is as follows...

1 Run
2 Tainted love
3 No Angel
4 Go To Hell
5 Answer me
6 It's over
7 Blind
8 Fiction
9 Breakin'
10 Remember
11 Whisper
12 Secret
13 Morning Light
14 Things Change

The first song 'Run' is planned to be their next single. All of this information was received from their website (www.milkinc.be).

run -> pure classic milk inc song

tainted love

no angel -> reminds me of 'all night long' with a milk inc touch

go to hell

answer me -> sounds a bit strange imo, prob wil grow on me

it's over -> a 2-step/electro song; not my fav song... weird track

blind

fiction -> electro-influenced song; nothing special

breakin -> break-edgy song; regualer song

remember -> takes me back to the 'in your eyes' period with that guitare nice song; bit more poppy then dance

whisper

secret -> heavy track; nice beats; pumping track; i think regi does the backing vocals

morning light -> trancey wave song; anthem like; fresh sounding tune

things change -> reminds me of another song... still sounds decent

what suprized me: no ballads :( & no instrumental songs :D

I really like that there are no ballads or instrumental songs. I've been dying to hear a good pure dance album from beginning to end, it really sounds like thats what they're going to deliver. I'm excited for this release.

I'm happy the album sounds very good. I can't wait for the release. Like Snaggy, I'm happy there isn't ballads or instrumental songs.

''Run'' is a good choice for the fifth single of the album but, personally, I would prefer ''Answer Me''.

Do you find that ''Morning Light'' sounds like Ian Van Dahl - Castles In The Sky?

Be sure of that.I just can't get enough of it , love it (there's a live version circulating on the net ) :D.

For the good listeners ,'Thing change' contains a little sample from 'breathe without you'.
'Remember' reminds me on another song (not a milk inc one) but i can't recall it ..the sound of the guitar...mmm.

The little intermezzo of 'breathe withou you' from about 2:30 untill 2:50 is quite similar as 'things change' (from the sample i heard).
Have a listen .... let me know what you think (not that this is bad , just a observation).

yes... I heard the samples... and... I believe that The little intermezzo of 'breathe withou you' from about 2:30 untill 2:50 is quite similar as 'things change'... that does bother me... because "breathe without you" is great song!!! and there is no need to repeat it!!!
Who am I?
What am I?
I'm lying naked on the floor...
I don't believe the mirror anymore...
Got to find myself again!
I don't know, if letting go...
Might be the only way I can!!!

They also used that sample in "the sun always shines on TV" or "Wide Awake" or "whisper". Its a typical Milk Inc. Sample, I'd say...
