It's a 90ies dance track, sung by a woman & the lyrics go bit like this...

I wish I could help you... I do not know the song... but try this... put Some lyrics you remember of that song... and put "lyrics" then... and see what google pull you off... I have found various songs like that!!
For example one time I wrote "I keep the pain of a broken soul lyrics" and I found the <great> song that I wanted "Mind of beautiful"...

Neja - Fairytale

This may be a remake or something, but the first line of the chorus says "There is a fairytale for you..."

Their was also a 2005 or 2006 version with the extra voices of the (french) group jamboo
