Problem with Grooves-inc.com

This is the e-mail I sent to them on November, the 7th. Still waiting for the answer... :evil:

I have just received this order and one of the articles (AAA EDE-0010092MIN / Ian Van Dahl - Lost And Found CD Album) is in bad condition. I bought a NEW product and it's used: the box is broken and the CD shows scratchs and fingerprints... I attach a picture of the box, I tried to make a picture of the CD but the picture doesn't show these flaws since this camera is not a professional one [Finally I succeeded in that purpose].

I have bought before in Grooves-Inc and I was planning more purchases but today it was very unpleasant to me to discover that the item I paid as new (and pretty expensive, 14.69€) is in very bad conditions.

I demand a new item in good condition or to receive the money of that item back since I paid for something that has not been sent to me: a NOT USED item, a item in GOOD CONDITION.

If you wish the faulty item back please take up the delivery cost.

That's why I order from Amazon.com. I have been ordering my music from them for years and never had a problem with any of the cds.

Check them out and update us on this situation.

Here's the update. Coincidence? They has just answered, almost two weeks after my emails... Very late. They tell me to send them the faulty CD back and that's what I'll do tomorrow. They say they'll take up that delivery cost. You'll hear from me as soon as I get news.

They finally sent me a new CD, after five weeks. They also took up the delivery cost. They sorted out the problem but so late. Oh, I also had to make a second request because the first time they just gave me half of the money back. Talk about incompetence...

I've been having problems with them as well. They canceled the one CD because apparently it was scratched. Which is funny considering I ordered a "new" CD. I haven't received the other CD yet. I'm trying to be cautiously optimistic that it will be new because I really don't want to have to deal with them any more.
