I'm not sure how it all works but the reason for this is , at least i think (i heard it in a interview a long time ago) that if you release something in Germany it's easy to get your record internationly released or something like that.But i think that the Belgians are still very keen on sylver ... so why still release in Germany first .
The fact is that germany is very fond of sylver and Germany is also a musical-country (with all these german music channels and a lot of tv-perfomances).
