Oh yea. That voice that you hear is from the host of a show that does like, little comedy skits.
I have the link somewhere and I will post it once I get it but the whole deal is that the host of the show tries to do certain "jobs" for a little while and this time, he was a computer technician that fixes people's pcs. Well, he got a call from Regi to come and fix his computer at the studio and Regi I guess (this was in Dutch so I could not really tell what was being said) told the guy that he was working on new Milk Inc. songs and the guy asked if he could lend some "extra vocals" to the new single so the guy goes into the booth, puts the headphones on and improvises the song. It's funny. That laughter that you hear in the background is Regi.
I will have to find the video clip. Once I do (I hope that I can still get it) I will post it up.
