Well the first link you gave is the radio edit, they remixed the album version before it;s release as single.

The second link has the title album version, so I guess that's the album version

If you wanna know more. In The Netherlands the single Lying is released as 4 track single. 2 remixes and extended are on the single too. Find it on Ebay or www.freerecordshop.nl
