Kate Ryan is coming to my province of Canada, Québec, in May.

I'm so happy to finally see her live. I bought my tickets today. I missed her when she came in a club of Montréal on November 1st 2008.

It will be a real show with her dancers and musicians, not a small show in a club. She will make 4 shows in 4 different cities (Montréal, Québec, Trois-Rivières and Chicoutimi).

It will be the third belgian singer I will see because I already saw Evi Goffin and Annemie Coenen in a club of Montréal.

Besides Europe, Canada & USA are lucky to get these great Belgian acts performing!

They would never come to New Zealand, unless I won lotto and paid for their flights and performance fee!

The show was very good. I'm surprised she sang songs from each of her 4 albums. I thought it would a show with the songs of Free + the song Désenchantée. Her three musicians and her back vocalist were very good. Some of her songs that I don't really like on CDs were way better live. She began and finished the show with Voyage Voyage because it's her popular song right now in Québec. I heard the three songs I was 100% sure to hear (Désenchantée, Voyage Voyage and Ella Elle L'a) but I was very surprised to hear Libertine and Scream For More. She made a bootleg live with the music of Eric Prydz - Pjanoo and the lyrics of U R (My Love). She sang L.I.L.Y. and she said it's her favorite song from her songs. She sang two songs from other artists: Fragma - Toca's Miracle and Robin S - Show Me Love. I was also surprised to see Kate singing Driving Away alone with her guitar. I didn't know she plays guitar.

i was in Montréal 2 weeks, Québec 2 days , Trois-Rivières1 day and Chicoutimi 3 days in july 2007 and 2008.........and i ll be in august 2009.Gino Lebrun,do you know some concert on live in august in Quebec province?????

I know AC/DC, Bryan Adams and Blink 182 will come to Montreal in August.

There are a lot of festivals during the summer.

Kate's French accent is a bit hard-sounding, it sounds like Quebec French, it's not as soft as France's French.
