you can read her story if you go to:

www.marsha.be

then click on the link that says "My Story", that should explain quite a bit.

The sound of Dee Dee was good. Like the other formations in which Christophe Chantzis took part: Absolom, Astroline, Ian Van Dahl (first album). The groups are formed and become deformed quickly...

what i really think of erik and christophe

Postby Panda » Wed Jun 27, 2007 12:33 am

Marsha's castles in the sky was the song that got me into dance - i remember washing some dishes in the kitchen and hearing her song - it is still a song i play a lot and i regard it as one of the most important songs to me personally. This was a starting point for me i started hearing about belgium's great artists like kate ryan and sylver etc ...

As an artist myself that has had my work stolen, i don't do music but art i am quite annoyed and i have thought it such a dirty sordid trick that those producers did to her. This is what i have thought but have never said for a while.

They don't actually care about fans or about the singers, they just want the vocals, shove any person who lipsyncs and looks the part and gives them the money. So i don't know if one person's opinion counts thesedays but i think dance music is best without these kind of artificial people. It is funny how they lied about Marsha in interviews too saying she was busy and couldn't do the video and the appearances for her song, when everyone knew in the industry marsha wrote the song. I wonder if marsha will ever make some great new tracks no updates on her site for many years now so i think she isn't really into music anymore but i want to proven wrong.
Loving Lasgo + Ian Van Dahl - I can't wait to see them live.

i've actually read this b4 and it kinda makes me happy to see that bot c +e r not even really involved much with ivd. it does seem kind of ironic that peter and david sorta took over ivd and now its presented as them and annemie with c + e in the background. do u guys think thats why its taking forever to release the 3rd album, because those other 2 arent as involved with the group now and due to legal things with the name ivd they cant release it just yet? just a thought, u never know. but i hope they release the cd soon. i do honestly think that what they did to marsha was messed up highly. i wish she still did music and it would be cool to hear the cuts that erik and marsha did b4 dumb ol chris came into the mix. he actually comes off as the villain of the story really. it makes sense that he hated her from the beginning if he didnt like the lyrics or the voice. but its her that made the song as big as it was so hes a jerk. kinda a reflection of karma because look what they did to marsha. now look at there other projects, dee dee and one more angel. they dont exist anymore and they are very behind the scenses if at all with ivd now. so yea karma's a bi**h huh? lol

Anyone who knows howto come into contact with Marsha?
She opened the door into Vocal Trance for so many people with her song Castles and her beautiful voice. She cannot just be forgotten.
Im rather sure that without Marsha I shoudnt know anything about Tiesto, Milk Inc, DeeDee, Sylver and all the rest. Other artists in Vocal Trance really should be thankful to her.
Dj Philip and Regi made a track with Marsha some years ago named "Moments", maybe they could give more info about Marsha. Of course the question is if they want?

I myself had started listening to Sylver first...as far as vocal trance goes...BUT it wasn't till I heard "Castles In The Sky", that I totally fell completely in love with this genre of music. Marsha was amazing and should not go forgotten. I wish she would give it another go...'cause some people suck in the case of Erik and Christophe, but, a lot of people can really cool too...

Ok, Marsha is good. Her voice is great... I prefer the original version of Castles in the Sky! But I'm a fan of Annemie. She is the one who made me love trance music so love Annemie  !

dee dee has never had any chance
she wasn't beautiful
her accent was terrible
and her voice was weak
she didn't even speak English  she was gonna be a studio singer  but FOREVER became a hit, so they decided to put unprepared Diana on stage  it was enough for only 2 singles

2 hits wonder :(

there are many artists I would like to see back (like Edvika, Anneke van Hoff or Orion Too), but Dee Dee is not one of them

Real good news. Marsha is online again on her site.

She is working with a number of producers and will release something later this year. It will be a underground clubby sound she says. Wonder what that means. I hope it will not be as underground as Moments that Dj Philip and Dj Regi produced.
Lets hope for some really catchy vocal trance songs with wonderful Marsha lyrics and mindblowing instrumental breakdowns that quickly teleports Annemie "Ian" out of this soap opera!
